Allison Md3060 conversion to mecahnical DT466

Hello, new to the site, lots of good stuff here. I have an S1800 4x4, I am changing my drivetrain. My shop has bolted a DT466 mechanical to an Allison MD3060. Everything is together. However, the TPS reads but doesn't show throttle position. His next step is to hook a tach up and wire it to the trans computer so that it can read engine speed. Should he check something else or is there something we are missing? thanks for any help.

you will have better luck asking that question on a forum where people have some knowledge of how International does things than here, but I guess it was wortha try.
