Alternate tire size 14 ram 2500 20" rims

Getting ready to get new tires theres not much available in the stock size 285 60 20, is there an alternate tire size or a size bigger that someone can recommend? Not looking for huge tires, would like to stay close to stock size.

I run 275/65 BFG AT KO's and am happy. About the same height as the 285's, but not as wide.

I have 295/60 20 Open Country Xtreme AT II's. They're just under 34".
