Good Morning in the hot sun of Phoenix.
Has anyone had this happen to them? The Alternator gauge in the dash would stop working for short period of time and then start working as you drive down the road? This has done this for about 2 to 3 years. I couldn’t fix it because it would start working before I could get it home. It does seem to happen more in the summer heat. Any place to start looking to fix this? It has stopped working now. Check the volts with the engine off and 12. 8 at the battery and engine running and A/C running is 13. 6 volts. It looks like it is charging.
