Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Alternator wire color

I was reading in the TDR about a fix about a wire in the Alternator wire loom that needs to be wrapped in tin foil because it bleeds power which effects the PCM and causes the Pac Brake not to work sometimes. I believe the wire was brown and orange. For the life of me I can't find the article, does anyone remember the article and remember the exact wire color? I would like to do the repair but can't remember the exact color of wire nor find the article.
