Aluinum triler wheels, 7000# axles

I been looking for aluminum trailer wheels for the 7000# axles, they would be 8 lug 16", I searched the internet and can't find to much on them. Any body knows and companys or web sites that may sell them. Tire and wheel combs is what I'm after

But I did not search very hard.

They are available as a lot of trailers come with them. My 5ver has them with 235-85R16 load range E tires. Sorry I can't name a source, but this is just to let you know they are out there.

check out the alcoa site. i was there a long time ago and saw 16x7 trailer wheels rated at 3700lbs. i heard a rumor that alcoa was gonna go out of business but this was from someone triing to sell me a set of wheels. good luck

I see the trailer manufactures have them but to find them elsewhere seems a little hard.

I checked Alcoa and found them but they where a little pricey at almost 200 each for the rims only. I think they can be found for around 200 with the tires.

Try Mor-Ryde

Mor-Ryde sells them. Ask for Gary wheeler and tell him Ken Irwin sent you. They have them and will put whatever tire you want on them for a fair price. IMHO Ken Irwin
