Alum rims on 93 dually HELP NEEDED

tried ultra rims on 93 dually
fronts will fit w/ some grinding on calaper
\
rear need flat mount rims for inners

stock rim has lug hole ridge around it
dealer said due to flat sides on alum rims
they need a flat surface rim to go against
the inner rim.
WHO has info on flat lug hole rims
with hole for 5/8 '' lug???????????

i was very upset
i dont want to buy 6 alum rims

I'm running all 6 aluminums on my 96.

There are a few advantages to this:
1- lets you rotate the inside-rears with the fronts, and you can swap the outside rears side to side
2- your truck will feel much "lighter on its feet" when all the steel rims are gone - they weigh a ton in comparison
3- steel and aluminum wheels will suffer chemical reactions if too much grime builds up in between them - the metals corrode very differently

I have the Mopar aluminum wheels that resemble the Alcoa LTS rims. They use the factory lugs, but I sprung for the McGards

I have not regretted the decision to go all-aluminum.
