Glad that some of you guys are liking them...As a woodowrker and millwright myself, I am familiar with all sorts of large and small woodworking tools and machines, but it sure is an entirely different game to watch steel being formed and machined!!!

I couldn't believe how big a cut that machine took on that crank! Unreal.

One of the most fascinating parts of the second video to me is the entire process of the lathe head shaping the lobes on the crank!!! Starts at 2:35

It is hard to believe that was ALL once done by hand!!!! Master machinists of old deserve high praise indeed!!!
