Can someone tell me where to find the ambient temperature sensor? The service manual says it is mounted on the underside of the hood, but I don't see it there, and I don't see any wires leading to anything on the underside of the hood.

it's directly in front on the drivers side, about half way up attached to the head light assembly.
My '98 was actually attached to the inside of the grill assy. The '06 is where JasonCzerak says it is.
