Just took a look with my Sister and Brother watching this show what would you do if the EMP (Electromagnetic pulse) happened they asked ? Stay here nothing I have is computer controlled or cant be turned on manual!! Got to think your trucks and car's are computer controlled SO THEY AINT GOING TO WORK. Unless you have a 1st gen I guess, like the wife's Chevy conversion. and if someone is going to attack HEAD FOR THE HILLS Jason my Nephew said uncle BIG and I know where everything is hid in our backyard mules are not computer controlled. I have NOT BEEN PREPPING but have a BUGOUT PLAN. We can be loaded up and head-in for them hills in less than 3 hours faster if we dont need all the comforts of home for awhile. Sister is still in the 50's said how are you going to find your equipment your GPS and compass wont work? I went and pulled out my altimeter and sextant and asked if the stars are going to move? Sisters husband laughed his butt off, your Baby Brother has his I TRIED TO BY-PASS THE CUSSING FILTER in one sack and then asked if their was any property for sale close by

Interesting show and thoughts to go along with it with all the problems of the world.

It's a BFD with the factory original front tires. The tubes have been replaced. Actually, it began life when my father bought it new in 1950 as a B F Avery Model R tractor. Shortly after M-M bought out B F Avery in the early 1950s, they made an update package for the Avery R tractors with an add-on 3-point hitch and updates to the hydraulic system, including M-M paint and decals to bring it up to a M-M model BF. My father and I installed the update, I painted the tractor the new M-M Prairie Gold color, and we installed the decals. The only difference between my Avery model R and a newer M-M model BF is the location of the oil fill on the Hercules engine. Someone has to be really "in the know" to tell the difference. :D

I'll "dig" through some of our old photo files and see what I can find for some photos.

And then to have it been in the family sense NEW!!!! that would be like waking up in Disneyland :D

There are a few old boys around here that are big time into tractors of all kinds. They have stopped to talk to the wife and I about ours but its NOT IN THEIR class of old tractors. The one that I like best is a 1938 F20 Farmall, spoke rear wheels the steering goes over the top of the engine cowl and down in front of the radiator to the trike front end. He has really spent some time on that resto. They bring them out on town parades to pull the floats down main st. To most of the guy's they are the parade.
