Amsoil bypass question

I bought a used BK15 dual bypass filter and the previous owner had taken it all apart. The filter block shows the in and out arrows. Which side does the orfice and spring go in? and which is the bypass filter and which is the full flow filter?

Ask that dork for the instruction sheet so you can put it back together.



Look for pictures of it around the web for hints as to it's assembly.

I went to Amsoil's site and downloaded the installation instructions but there's nothing about the spring and orifice. It looks like it should go behind one of the plugs on the end, but which one and what direction?

WHazelwood,

the flow of oil sould be from the engine into the filter mount than out of the mount back to the engine. I dont know if this helps or not. I did not use that modle on my truck I went with the single filter set up for mine.
