The blue stuff!

The recommended lube for the Incredibly Durable Cast Iron Gear Driven NP205 First Generation Exclusive Standard Equipment :) is 75W-90 Gear Lube. I Run Amsoil "Series 2000" 75W-90 Gear Lube in my T-Box and also in both frt. & Rear Diffs.

The Getrag is recommended for 5w-30 Motor Oil & I run Mobil 1 and the girl's truck has Amsoil 5W-30 in the Getrag.

Just my preferences... . :) :)

Oops! Just read your sig & now realize that you have a NVG4500... . Please disregard the Getrag info and put in the proper Castrol "Syntec" in the NVG4500.

I intend to change over to the Amsoil 75-90 as well. My younger brother is using 75-140? or is it 80-140 Amsoil. (Not sure of the lower number.

One of my other brothers is using the 75-90 in his Toyota as well, and has done so for a long time.
