Couple questions about pump tuning...

Anyone come up with a good homebrew setup for boost to fuel pump tube?

Anyone know about what a stock 8-lug Dana 60 rear out of a 1985 1-ton Dodge weighs? I've selling the one out of my Crew Cab and got people wanting me to ship it. I have no idea what it weights (except its heavy!!).

thanks!

Me and one other guy lifted a dana 70 into the back of my pickup. I'm guessing it was ~500lbs. That would ballpark a 60 at around 450lbs by my logic but honestly it's just a guess.

You mean you actually have a buyer for a D60 rear?? Wow, I know Sam couldn't give away his, and I will have one soon, a dually D60 rear from my 85.

depends on if the drums are on it or not.

you can save about 100lbs by taking the drums off.

Yes, its totally complete, including the springs and shocks! I've been telling the shipping companies 450 lbs... . have I been underestimating?

Yeah, he has a '84 with a blown rear and just wants something delivered to his door, no hassles. Just right timing for me I guess.

Did you see the '93 Dually bed on Ebay? I don't know which side fender flair your looking for but when I looked the auction was at $10 with no bids! Auction # 8006746710.

450 is close but add another 100 minimum if the springs are still on it.
