Anbody with DTT in So Cal?

I spoke with Bill Kondolay last night about getting his TC and VB in my truck. I was surprized to learn that he hasn't a shop in the LA area he reccomends. He did say that there are a few of you driving around Southern California with his setup though, and if so I would like the oppourtunity to talk with you about it, and if possible, maybe even a ride in the truck. If anyone is within a reasonable distance from Orange County, please let me know.

I have ordered the DTT VB/TC/Trans Kit and will be having it installed at Huntington Beach Dodge. I spoke with Bill K. and he interviewed the team at HB Dodge and he says go for it. I will let everyone know how it goes.

Hey Bob- I also had a talk with Bill about HB Dodge. I am somewhat distrustful of dealships, in particular a nameless dealership in the Anahiem area #ad
. He assured me that the guys at HB Dodge are capable. However, I am somewhat set back by their $95 an hour labor rate #ad

- But he said they are one of the first dealerships he knows of to jump in on the aftermarket BOMB rage- They will install Banks kits on brand new trucks and sell them with warranty! (Or so I've been told) Let us know about the install though.

I had mine installed by Mission Viejo Transmission. They did a fine job with no problems at all very professional it cost me 405. 00 and i am very satisfied. Its a lot closer then them dealer scum in HB (no specific problems with them but they are a dealer). They can be reached @949-583-1828 ask for chantal(a little hottie)Good luck you will love this mod!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If DTT is the transmission stuff you have chosen, I think you would find it worth your while to come to Las Vegas and get Lawrence at Diesel Dynamics to do it. He does an excellent job of installing the DTT stuff, and of setting up the trans overall. 800-628-8111

Hey Joseph- Bill spoke highly of the work that Diesel Dynamics has done recently with his products. He told me he normally doesn't like diesel mechanics to do the work becuase they usually don't know transmissions, but he tells me they are the exception. I am actually considering having the work done there- thanks for bringing that up.

I also considered DD based on Bill K. 's comments but I could not justify driving 8 hours and the cost of a hotel room and rental car to have the work done in Las Vegas.
