On behalf of SP Diesel and Painless Performance, we have contracted with Andy Nelson's BBQ to cater the Fall Brawl dyno event this upcoming Saturday in Dillsburg, PA. From 12-3 Andy Nelson's will be serving up the following:
A whole pig (slow smoked for 15hrs)
Smokehouse Dixie Chicken
Grandma's Cole Slaw
Redskin Potato Salad
Andy's Famous BBQ Beans
Fresh Kaiser Rolls
Assorted sodas and sweet teas
Andy's mobile pit crew, will most likely driving a diesel Sprinter or Dodge Ram so we'll have to see if we can get the pig mobile on the dyno. We asked them not to bring their Hemi :-laf
All of this is on us and free to all in attendance until the food runs out.
We have talked to the organizers of the event and they have asked all those who have signed up to continue bring the food they have volunteered. Looks like this will be a record turnout and another great event Oo. Oo.
