Well after selling my 92 hotshot truck I actually missed it. Last month i was in Mexaco and bought another 92 D-350 minus motor and transmission for $ 500. 00 Spent the next several weeks installing another 215 p-pump motor and another nv4500 into this one just like my other one Paid out total so far 4,500 for a decent looking p-pump 1st gen truck that pushes 24 lbs on boost on a stock motor with 60,000 miles on it. Can't get much better than that guys... ... . BTW, Anyone seen or heard from Keeno in the past few months ??????? Mike

Congrats on the new baby Mike, sounds like it's off to a good start.
Happy Bombing.

How difficult was the install? I've been wondering where Keeno went also. I was thinking he was taking a vacation but couldn't decide which of his two 1st gen's to take. I'm picturing him driving a mile past one then walking back for it...

Hey Mike & Gang!

Congratulations on the purchase of yet another Classic First Gen. that's destine to become a Hotshot Legend!

Also, thanks for the show of concern! I must admit I've been in a severe "Posting Coma" recently. I do check in daily to see what's new & how our trucks are holding up though. "No Excuses" for being away, just a few readjustments after returning from a 2+ month trip to New Zealand. Re-entery into mainstream society has been tougher than expected! No sympathy required...

Small truck update: My truck developed a rear main seal leak while I was 'Down Under' and was parked. Rear main seal and a Southbend clutch (same one as "Bushwakr" installed) was installed upon my return and now we've been smokin' down the road for the past month or so.

The former "Old School" truck is down this week for a Denon CD player install and water leak repair after finding 'squishy' padding under the rubber mat during wiring. The complete interior has been removed to search for water intrusion paths. We've been surfing the TDR 'search' function digging up past water leak history and off to purchase silicon sealant.

Thanks Brothers!

Keeno

Matt, Not hard at all. 1st swap I had Cummins do this swap was mine. Hardest part is throtle linkage which needs to be 2nd gen and modified slightly. Other than that, simple swap. Got the eng & transmission for $3,600. 00 another 400. 00 in linkage and $ 500. 00 for the truck. Been my daily driver past week or so. Had some ol Banks parts and have them on as well along with the 12 cm housing and the HW35 turbo. E-mail for pics if anyone wants them. Mike
