Dodge/Ford/GMC?

Funny how they shut up real fast.

By The Way, Before I found the TDR, my thinking of Diesels was EXACTLY The same as Wrenches,, an so when the D-Max came out with 300HP, Holy Smokes batman,, I had to Convince my Dad to get one,, Oops, wish I would ahve found TDR about 2 months earlier. Oh well

I'll race a Landcruiser for Pink Slips,, even If I miss a gear I could come back and eat 'em up. LOL I'm runing High 14's in the 1/4 right now. What does a LC do? 15's? 16's ?

Its amazing how much the expert "wrench" knows, oh to be as smart as him. Wonder if he is related ( no pun ) to Einstein? Both of them are good at therotical analysis except Einstein was correct. Wonder if he has ridden in a diesel? Wonder if he'll accept the challenge? Ignorance is bliss, perhaps we shouldnt wake him from his nap.

That's too funny!:-laf

Someone needs to line up against this Wrench. Give him the right lane and tell him to keep his window down so you can hear him over the music of the diesel. :--)

Animal, regarding your question on the other board--have you considered a Cummins 4bt engine? It'd be much closer in weight to the original Land Cruiser engine vs. a 6bt.

Midnite,

Yes I have, but I have the 5. 9L and would have to find a 3. 9L. Also it is very hard to find the 4BT with the PE pump, there is a lot with the VE. Also Im' in Alaska, that doesn't help any.
