Withdrawals

A friend of mine (he reads the board, just won't post for some reason) purchased a beautiful '93 extended cab CTD last fall. Seems last weekend he happened upon a family headed north on I-17 in AZ just past the Sedona turn off.

'99 Ford extended with a camper, 3 horse slant (yup, with horses), and five people aboard with a tossed transmission.

You know the rest of the story. The '93 towed them uphill all the way to Stoneman Lake... ... .

Too bad he didn't have a camera handy #ad

..... man, that had to hurt... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ..... . the Ford guy, that is. #ad

I love it!

About 4 weeks ago, I came upon a poor 4x4 PSD owner stuck in 2 feet of mud trying to cross the highway median. Another 2wd Ford guy was trying to pull him out. Well, the Cummins bellowed, the smoke rolled and the PSD came flying out of the ditch..... sure felt gooood #ad
