My 97 in my sig is telling me it wants more power. I have and HTB2 that is going in to HTT to be updated. This will provide the air. I am going to put in a 4k gsk also. My question is in regards to which plate. I am thinking #4, due to the previous posts that says that it works well with the gsk kits (compared to the #6 or #5). I plan on eventually using it to pull my brothers 99 truck to truck pulls. I would also use it to pull my JD B around. 90% of the driving is around town and on the interstate/hwy.

Any recommendations? Thanks.

I have not tried a #4 yet but my #100 has been producing some good felt power for a little while now.

What are you upgrading your HTB2 to? 64 or 66 compressor? Any changes to the exhaust side?

I actually have an older model that they are going to bring up to date. Depending on how much I may upgrade to a 64? Not sure yet.

Should I consider upgrading turbos to a 64 with the #4 plate? The posts I have been reading from back in 03 and earlier, show guys running this plate and a similar setup with Hx40s or Hx35s with bigger housings. Probably due to the lack of other turbos.

I am going to keep the dv's stock and hopefully be done with this last round of upgrades?

Any more input on the #4 plate?
