I just wanted to tell you guys about another good company I dealt with this morning.
Back in April, I had an accident that damaged one of my factory wheel covers. Instead of giving $164 for another one, I bought a whole set of aftermarket SS simulators from a local accessory dealer for $150. The cover are made by a company called "100+ Motoring Accessories". The are the type that use the lugnuts to hold it on.
Well, the other day I had the tires rotated and the next day I noticed one of the center caps missing. I called the dealer I bought them from and the guy quotes me a price of $30 for this one center cap. I thought that was too much. I contacted the manufacturer via e-mail and requested a list of distributors I could call to possibly get a better price. After the salesman found out that it had fallen off, he has offered to send me another one at no charge.
I know $30 ain't much, but I thought is was a great gesture on his part and just though I'd let you guys know about it.
BTW, they also have a website with some neat wheel stuff
