does the power screw bottom out? As I was tweaking my pump it felt like the screw bottomed out. The steel collar is long gone. I am about 1/4 turn out from what feels like a stop. Could this just be a boogered up thread or is their an internal stop? I am at 1 and 3/4 turns in from stock with 27 lbs boost and 1050 max egt before the turbo.

You're venturing into the area of a possible runaway, so be very careful. This is not a boogered up thread or an internal stop. The resistance you feel is caused by the internal adjusting lever bottoming out the governor. Read the following thread carefully to avoid :--) :--) :--) when you start your engine.

thanks

Formula, thanks for the info. I don't think that I am pushing the envelope to much, my egts are well within the safe zone and as I said I am 1/4 turn out from the first sign of resistance. If I read the other posts right when you feel the resistance you are starting to override the gov. thanks again. copterdoc
