Will these #'s cause a loss in power ??

Idle- 10 psi

WOT- 5 psi

WOT dragging 9k trailer- 4psi

WOT w/ Blue Chip box turned up- 3psi

Uhhhhh... ... . wait a minute. I'm an idiot. For some reason I thought you were talking about boost. My bad!

For the injection pump to function correctly it needs to have a MINIMUM of 5psi. If it does not, you can have a loss of power or even worse, injection pump failure. It sounds like you have a bad lift pump. My advise is to read up in these forums about either aftermarket pumps or relocating a new OEM pump. And get it changed ASAP or the injection pump will go bad also.

Good Luck

Doubt a power loss but signs of a worn pump. 15 ish is a good idle pressure and 6-8 WOT depending on pump and sprinklers:D

At those PSI's I'd pull over to the side of the road and change it.
