Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Another lift pump story

We have five 24v Cummin's in our service truck's, At every service we started checking fuel pressure, all except one run @ 12 psi idle, and 8 psi wot, this one idle's at 15 psi and you can't make it drop lower than 12 psi, all stock, work truck's, 2001 modle's. I thought that was kinda strange. Harv
