Power Take Off. The transmission is adaptable to run auxillary equipment from the main input shaft. The most common I have seen is a hydraulic pump to run a recip compressor on field service trucks, or a dump box.
The PTO on my 1-ton that runs the dump bed is a Chelsea PTO, I don't know what model. You can try a search for PTO's, and you'll likely find more then you can imagine. There are air-shift's, full power shift's, and double headed PTO's out there to start with. The double headed ones are the ones I like the best, one shaft out the front, one out the back. You can use the front shaft for your winch and the rear for..... another winch or pump, or like the old Power Wagons, to run a tail shaft and then you can use your truck like a tractor i. e. trucktor
