Looks like another one is headed out the door.
It had been holding steady at 12 psi idle and 10 psi cruising. I've noticed over the last couple of weeks that the cruising pressure has dropped about 1 psi, even with a new filter.
Well today the idle pressure dropped to 6-7 psi. The crazy thing is that when I'm shifting through the gears and the engine is pulling some, the pressure will drop below 5, then climb all the way to 10 psi. It will hold there until you let off the accelerator, then it will drop back to 6-7 psi.
Anyone seen this happen before?? I've got a mechanical gauge I'll put on to verify the readings, but it looks like 30K is all I'll get out of this one.
Is 3990105 still the latest revision number for the pump?
