For those that follow my posts you remember that Ozy and Steffi stopped by last fall with their RAM camper. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Karl and Esther. They have been over here for 20 months and are now heading to Halifax to load the rig onto the boat for the trip home.

Their unit is built on a Swiss Military chassis. It's a Bucher Duro.

I think that unit was in Waterton National Park in Alberta when we were there in October. Pretty impressive looking unit.

VM Motori inline...Karl says that is the weak point....

If I understood him correctly the newer Bucher Duro's have a Cummins "B"....will verify that when I see him tomorrow.
