About to be selling my '95 Dodge 3500 C&C 2WD and am having a hard time figuring out how much it's worth since it's kind of an oddball truck. Here's some specs on it:

5-speed

Regular Cab

386k

SLT (power everything... except mirrors)

J&I steel flatbed

South Bend Clutch (Con O)

Bilstein shocks

Alcoa wheels w/BFG MT 255/85's (~5k on wheels/tires)

No engine mods besides BHAF and straight exhaust w/6 in. tip

Sport headlight conversion

Fold-out towing mirrors

Interior is pretty clean... new headliner, no tears in the seat.

Has cracks in the dash, but has a dash mat covering it.

I'm taking it to my mechanic tomorrow to have it completely checked and serviced for the new owner. So far as I know, everything works and it needs nothing except a couple maintenance things that will be taken care of. I'm the second owner... I'm a used car dealer by trade and I bought it from the original owner. This has been my personal truck and my baby for nearly a year. I'm just selling it because I don't need a truck this stout anymore (never really did, I just liked the truck :-laf ). I've gotten anywhere from 14-19 MPG since I've had it.

Here's a pic:

I have no idea what it is worth, but I have to ask where you got the plugs for the old mirror holes? I need one for a roof mounted CB antenna hole.

Well... those aren't exactly plugs, although they do function the same I guess. Those are just the bolts that held the old (ugly) mirrors on. :-laf I just threaded them back into their holes and called it good. Seems to be weatherproof, so that's what counts.

I have bought some plugs before like what you're talking about, though. I believe I found them at Home Depot and they worked great. Just put a dab of silicone on the backside of each one and pop it in.

Well being a used car dealer by trade, then you are familiar with nadaguide.com or kbb.com. I personally like nadaguide.com since it is the closest thing to the dealers "little black book" pricing.

All I can say it give it a try, it will at least give you a price, then as any dealer you can add additional money to that. :D

Price guides don't do me a lot of good since, to my knowledge, none of them account for it being a C&C. I guess that may not make a whole lot of difference one way or the other though.
