2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Antenna delete plug?

I'm thinking of putting a CB in my truck and instead of having antennas popped all over using one of these http://www.firestik.com/Catalog/AR-1A.htm to share the CB antenna with the radio. I have two questions now. First, has anone used this before and if so, how'd it work? Second, if I remove the factory antenna, is there a plug for covering the hole? I've seen them for other cars with a radio delete option, but I've got no clue if there was one for our trucks.

used something very similar on my boat. VHF and AM/FM share the same antenna. works great IMO. I am no electronics expert though.

call your local mopar parts store, they should have the plug, as some trucks are sold from the factory with no radio. and a plug in the hole.
