HELP! Does anyone have a current P/N for the correct antifreeze to put in my truck?
I have checked with 3 local dealers and have been given 2 different P/N s and don't trust any of them.
I have to replace my lower and upper hoses and want to change my anti freeze at the same time.

P/N for mixed or not mixed just so I can be confident it's the right stuff.
Thanks in advance.

Just like cerberusiam said dealer will cost way more, just go Walmart or Pep Boys, even Napa save time and your hard earn dollars.

I found this article really helpful when I was changing my antifreeze for the first time.

Hope it helps!

I’ll add onto the G05 comments. It’s the factory fill and it doesn’t play well with others. It’s good coolant thou.

Get 5 gallons of the pre mix GO5 and 1 gallon of the straight for topping off. If you’re draining the expansion tank, add another 50/50. I had auto zone drop it off and with a 20% off online coupon. I just did my water pump.
Also, don’t mess with the petcock in the radiator- just pop off or slice the lower hose since you’re changing it anyway.
Some guys will say the 50/50 is a rip off, but I’ll pay for the convenience and guarantee of the mixed water quality/ concentration strength.

I use the Zerex G05, and also prefer to mix it myself. I've never seen it at Walmart, and have only seen it at auto parts stores. I figure it is easier to get distilled water while on the road than the Zerex, so I'd rather have the full strength on hand--with one caveat: I always keep an empty bottle around to hold the remainder from the full strength bottle, and mix an equal amount of distilled water with that to have some ready to go mixture on hand to add to the overflow bottle when necessary.
