2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Any '02 3500's on dealer lots?

I'm considering an '02 3500 HO QC if I can find one priced right. Has anyone spotted a dealer with 'em on the lot? The local dealer advertised a HO/2wd/Leather/QC, etc. for 28,200. I was ready to buy (and take a beating on my 98) only to find out that price was for "Chrysler employees only" and my price would be about 32k.

Ozark Dodge, in Ozark Missouri has 5-6, 2002, 3500QC 4x4 CTD's. 3-4, 2002, 3500 4x2 CTD's. To give you an idea on pricing they had a 2002 3500RC 4x4 HO 6 speed listed for $35,XXX they priced it at $29,600 and they still have it 2 months later. :-laf
