Any 24 valvers with a Goerend single disc?....

I'm fed up with my transmission putting very little power to the ground... but really don't want to put $3k into fixing it... I'd rather buy a new truck. However, a Dave Goerend single disc would seem reasonable, if it could handle my EZ and future DD2 or equivalent. Any opinions?

I just got done about two weeks ago putting in a transmission by Dave Georand with the triple lock and I can say this. It rocks ... . He seamed to think that a single disc would do but I went with a valve body that will enable me to hold the truck in a gear and lock the converter and a triple disc converter. I am not disapointed he got it to me on time for a good price and helped me get it shifting good with adjustments and phone calls. He even called me on a sat morning to make sure everything we discussed on fri worked and that I was satisfied. It has been a great expirience and Im usually pretty picky about vendors. He made sure he spent the time after the sale to make it a good expirience. That and a good product =
