Here we go again with trying to get some work done to my 01.



Am what I asking for so far out of the box???



I have an exhaust leak on my truck. I'm pretty sure it's the

gasket between the turbo and the BD engine brake.

I had the head gasket replaced and it has hissed ever since

when the EB is on.



I took it to Dodge and they won't touch it because of the

engine brake. I can almost understand that... Almost.

Liability??



Although they did take the turbo off the engine brake when they did the head gasket... .

Makes no sense to me why they can't do it now.



So I call another shop. Suppose to be the BEST in Anchorage.



Nope, won't touch it. They do from the turbo forward only.

What! You can't take out 4 bolts and replace a gasket????



I had my aftermarket lift pump installed and it wasn't correct either!



WHY is it so difficult to find ONE quality mechanic in Anchorage?????

This is unreal. #@$%!

My 19 year old son does better work they ANY mechanic I have

seen up here so far. Thing is he is in TX now.



So how can I get my truck worked on up here????? HELP!

The Alaska Diesel Doctor in Wasilla

Pioneer Diesel in Wasilla

Numbers are in the phone book



Personally I would not let anyone of them near my truck, but that is what we have to choose from up here that I have found.
