Any body have any experience with CO-Q10

The health benefits I have got out of CO-Q10 are unbelievable.

I was wondering if any one else was using it?

I used to use co-enzyme Q10 before working out. From what I have read the body makes Q10 and it is an energy builder and tissue rejuvinator. One of those things I should get back into... make ya feel good!

Well S Campbell,

I can hear measurably better and I can see measurably better. I only play the TV half as loud and I can read a Western Novel without my Bi-focals.



But the biggest thing is blood pressure. I have been on medication since 1980 and nothing but medication could lower it. With medication it was 140/90. Now without medication it has reached 130/84.



I have been taking it 5 months and all brands are not equal. I started with 60 milligrams of a brand called "NOW" and it was amazing. I am taking "SWANSONS" now and it takes 120 milligrams to seemingly equal "NOW".



My research reveals that 956Wheel is correct. Your body does make it. But as you get older it makes less and less of it. I am 66 and to get these results, mine must have not been making any.

I had heard of this before but had never checked it out. I had forgotten all about it until reading about it here.



I asked my girl friend if she knew anything about it and she said no, but that she had seen it at Sam's a couple of days ago.



I decided to check it out today and stopped at Sam's and found that they have it in both 50mg and 75mg softgels. Both the 50mg and 75mg doses come in a plastic bottle of 120. They are sold under Sam's store brand, Member's Mark, so I do not know who manufactures them. The 50mg bottle sells for about $18. 00 and the 75MG sells for $24. 97. I know the price on the 75mg because I bought a bottle of them.



I have had a harder time dealing with the hot weather this year than ever before. I get tired a lot quicker and if these help me get back some of my old energy it will make me happy.



I will take them for a couple of weeks and see if I can feel any effects and post my findings.
