Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Any Cummins Quickcheck users?

Do these work on the Dodges? Anyone know if it will work on a 99? There are like 5 versions I believe, any certain one to choose. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I looked into them a number of years ago but never pulled the trigger. It seemed like a good idea at the time though. As I recall didn't you need a Palm III or something like that to run it? Those are probably museum pieces now.
