Any good aftermarket air filter systems 4a 93?

any good aftermarket air filters and houseings for a 93. i have a k and n
but after reading some of the posts about
poor stock houseings, is the 93 a good one?

i cant tell if filter is in house ok or not
any one put a another year houseing on a
1 st gen?

Your K&N has twice the filter area as mine in the 99 and the cylinder style seals better than the flat one so if you want to trade down - give me a call #ad

I have 93 and K&N works well. No fit prob. If it is straight in the tube, it should seal just fine on other end. Some have had great luck with stock filter and changes or adjustable filter (vacuum) sensor. If I didnt already own K&N, I would prob go this way. (much cheaper)and adequate unless your really tuggin hard all the time.

Don't worry about the K&N in your application. The problems seem to be in the '94 and up trucks with the K&N. I have had one in my personal pre '94 truck with oil testing and never had a problem. I live in dusty conditions also.
