Nice towing experience

I'm looking to get my Hellcat towed (enclosed trailer) to Arizona for two days from SC and back again. you can message me here. Starts at zip 29340 roundtrip to Eli, AZ and back.

I've taken some time off, but you could call the company I lease to. We pull pretty much anything with a hitch. Our insurance only covers the trailer though. It's contents are the responsibility of the owner. RV Transport 888-200-5201 ext 101

Gary, Thank you for the lead. I did call your # and they only have open trailers and that won't work as the car only has 3,300 miles on it with no dings. This Tow won't be needed until the last week of August.
That would be Ely, NV.
I have no hitch on the front, I need someone with an enclosed trailer to securely tie my car down inside and figure 3 day drive out and 3 days back. I only need one day there. So a total of 7 days use of the trailer. The car is fully insured I just need to check my insurance to see if that cover being in a trailer.

3 long days of over 10 hours of driving per day, one way, over the Rockies and through the desert in August.

I love a good road trip, but I don't think that would be a trip I'd like to make.

It appears to be about 2200 miles one way, that would be 3 days each way, I would think.
I was just guessing at drive time with todays speeds. I don't know if there is a certain amount of mileage one can drive/tow in a day? I was estimating with my prior trips out west, used to drive out to NW Corner of Montana from North Central Ohio in two days. About 1,900 miles one way in a CJ-5 in the 70's?? I'm just getting the thing setup and just started getting things lined out ahead of time. Thought I would try TDR 1st. since I have a member here since 2000 to find someone here willing to make the trip and back safely.

I misunderstood. I thought the car was in an enclosed trailer, not that you need someone to provide an enclosed trailer. If I was towing it I would plan on at least 4 days. Commercial drivers are limited to 11 hours of driving and driving at 70 would result in about a 60 mph average at best. I drive at 60 and plan 50 mph average.

At 2,200 miles.....that’s averaging 733 miles per day, within an 11 hour drive time allowance. This now translates into an average MPH of 66.667 mph........and that will be hard to achieve. In reality......averaging 733 miles per day with the 14/11 hour day will be tough enough. One small traffic jam or other fiasco will mess it all up.....

With that being said.....one can expect a 34 hour restart on the trip back.....unless one can be squeezed in the one day that the car is being tweaked.
