I have always just bought semi sized flaps at a Napa and cut them to the size I want, then built a mount of some sort. I paid 8 bucks for the last 24" by 24" flap I bought this winter and turned it into two flaps to fit my srw.

thanks, thats what we did this morning... i would have thought , there would be a source for them. . perhaps we are beyond our time on the market... . anyways, off down the road he goes..... monte
