Any injectors lying around?

Anybody out there have a set of injectors out there that they don't want? Mine in my truck are pretty uniform in their respective "pop off" pressures (2900-3000). But being down I would love to put some in that would give the old girl some snap.

Most Bosch shops can reset the pressures and clean them up. I did that in a 93 I had, and gained 4MPG. They were about 500spi low, too.

But, did you get the performance characteristics of a up-rated injector? That is what I am looking for.

No, not in the sense you are probably looking for. I DID cut smoke, and DID gain a little bottom end.



Sounds like a set of PODs, EDMs, et al, is in your future. Some shops can even put new tips in your old bodies, but the cost is nearly what a set of NEW, balanced, matched PODs runs.

Used Injectors

I have, in my possession, a set of very nice used factory injectors. They got me 24 MPG and are very clean. They were removed in favor of new Lucas Smoke Sticks
