Looking for a member that is in or around London. I am trying to buy a Fluke tester and I need someone that can meet the guy that has it. .

I have friends and work associates in that neighborhood. I have no idea what a Fluke tester is (other than watching whales tails) but if I can solicit help for you I'd be happy to try.
