I've been extremely busy lately and haven't been on the site much, but I haven't seen any more on the stumble/cut-out issue in quite awhile.



Anyone figure their's out? Any updates?



Mine is still doing it - 99 with Sportbike's 75HP injectors, PE and EZ, Piers' HX35.



I've tried different boxes, changed the IAT sensor, checked the MAP sensor, etc. And I know it's not the TC lock/un-lock that some were experiencing.
 
Well, my here's my update ... ..... STILL BUCKS, STILL SUCKS!!!!!!! can you say V-10 ! sometimes i miss it.
 
Explain please

Explain what happens when it bucks. ie. full throttle etc. When I was in Canada recently my truck started to stumble, buck, hesitate, etc. etc. etc. at wide open throttle with the UFM on 5x5. With the UFM off it was fine. Ended up being the lift pump went bad and wasn't supplying enough fuel to the VP-44. Good ole lift pumps. :mad:
 
Mine is at the dealer as we speak, (if the dealer finds nothing wrong). i will pull the injectors and the pump and bring them to a bosch authorized repair facility/dealer and have them bench tested. my truck has a miss or stumble at idle after pulling a load or running hard up a hill. i keep ya informed. or answer questions:rolleyes:
 
The dealer called this morning. they think they have traced the problem to the Fuel Pickup Module. (Now the bad News) the part has gone from rev. AD to Revison AF & this part is on national back order, they are minus 402 of these, give or take. :(
