Yes I have Used it, And its Ok, Just Follow the Instructions to the tee about the dry time between coats.
I used it on my Jeep Cherokee in the back cargo area. Once Dried, Its pretty tough. I was rushed for time and just poured the whole can on because I was just going to put carpet back in over, Did'nt real care what it looked like, just want the Moisture protection.

They've also got Herculiner there for $99. 95. It's got bits of rubber all through it. Makes for a really rough texture. I'd hate to fall and scrape something on it. reminds me of 80 grit sandpaper.
