Any problems running the Edge EZ on a 04.5

I'm running a Edge EZ module on my 04. 5 CTD. We had it working great on level 4 for about 1600 miles. Then I started dumping raw diesel out the exhaust above 2k rpm. We think we have the problem tracked back to the fuel return line. I believe that the return line could not handle all the extra fuel coming back into the tank.



I was just looking to see if anyone has had this problem before?



We turned the setting down to level 3 to see how it reacts now.

Lower levels it will probably work fine.

But, you are over pressurizing your system.

Edge DOES NOT recommend the EZ for the 04. 5.



Get it off!

Get a TST CR

Ya that's what I was thinking too. We are a TST vendor and actually my partner threw one of their boxes on his 03 with the DD turbo and all the goodies. Seems like a very nice module and can't beat the price with the guages.

I'm surprised it has worked this long, my o4. 5 did not like it, spitted and sputtered ck. engine light came on, took it off.
