Any recomendations for competent dealer in south-east

Does anyone have any recomendations for a competent dealer within a 300 mile radius of the Florida Panhandle?



I am having a very difficult time finding a dealership in my area who has anyone with any experience with the 3rd gen Cummins. My local dealer actually told me there was not a single person in the garage qualified to work on the 600 Cummins. I've got the engine knock and all I get from my 5-star service department is a blank stare when I try and explain the problem or ask them to listen to my engine.



If anyone has a story about a positive encounter with the service department in this area of the country I'd be interested in hearing what it was as well.

Try Susan Schien Dodge in Pelham, AL- about an hour north of Montgomery- Both of the service writers are very helpful

I have had fair service from Bay Dodge in Panama city, but then again I have not had any major work done. Just routine maintenance.

I was talking to a guy with a new Ram at a gas station and he said he had good luck at Bay Dodge as well. I guess I'll give them a try. Thanks for the input.
