Any special maintance for towing?

Just wondering if anyone does anything special they do concerning tow vehicles. Besides normal maintance.

Just do the schedule B as indicated in the manual- it's for towing and severe service.

Check your hitch mounting bolts now and then.

Check tire codition and tire pressure.

ROTATE your tires regularly. Heavy towing causes a lot of premature wear on the rear tires if you don't rotate. I rotate about every 5,000 with my dually, more frequently with a SRW.

You need to watch the condition of the fluid in the Automatic transmission and transfer case. I change mine every 15k miles.
