any team ropers out there?

I know somewhere out there there has to be some cowboys and team ropers out there. If so what number are you guys, head or heel, and do you guys compete or just keep it in the pasture for work only. Did you know or do you care, the first "cowboy" as we know the today swung there rope in Hawaii 30 years before there was cattle in the American west. Also, Hawaii has the 3rd largest cattle ranch in the country. Just a little bit of aloha spirit for you. Aloha!

I rode rough stock in High School and College circuits. Got me some metal rods in my leg, broke all my ribs, bruised my heart, collapsed a lung, broken bones, hyper-extended everything, one nut kicked out of my sack, knocked out prolly a dozen times and I always made fun of the timed events as a young'an. Go figure!

Learned real quick that I was dumb to do what I did after the last week long hospital stay and three month limping around at home. Nut ended up gettin' saved BTW. Thank God.

I was never a great roper, but never in the class the guys I made fun of either. Course they all made fun of me too. Kid stuff I guess. Anyone that knows me from about 10 years ago knows I lived and breathed Rodeo my whole life as a kiddo. Met my wife when she was a barrel racer. Still got her and three kids to go with her.
