Any way to put Dual Exhaust's?

Now I know with enough $$$$, well almost anything is possible, but is there any benefit to try and put dual exhausts on the beast? I know we're going to 4" exhaust - how about two 4 " exhausts?

Hi, Hammersley:



I put a custom made dual outlet exhaust on my '95. It starts after the catalytic converter and is simply a 4" to dual 3" converter with 3" straight pipes going over the axle. They feed dual 5" chrome tips. I can't tell you how much both sound and power improved over stock or how many "thumbs ups" I get while driving. Here is a picture:

Last weekend at the Tulare event,there was a 2wd reg-cab that had dual exhaust going straight out the back. I think the truck belonged to Banks. It had a muffler with a single inlet and dual outlets,then pipes running over the rear axle then straight out the back with some nice stainless tips. I think I saw the same muffler being sold by ATS.



This is what my wife wants on her 95 reg-cab.

Hey Guys,



Andy of Advanced Diesel Technology has duals straight out the back with 4" stainless tips. They will do custom exhaust work, give them a call. I believe it is 4" split to dual 3" pipes. It is a very clean professional appearance. I really wanted it on my truck, but I didn't want to blow smoke all over our 5th wheel.

it's not only possible, it's popular....

Down here in Texas, I wish I had a dime for every dualed out CTD I saw. That's one reason I didn't want to be dualed in the normal since, I wanted to be different, but the way was not possible because of the gas tank.



It does look nice, and sound good, but way to many have it like this down here for my likes. I like to stand out a little. This is my biggest reason for not doing it.
