Anybody else's '01 have wiper problems?...

Brand new '01. When I turn my wipers on a dry windshield for birdmess, or the last wipe when washing windshield, my blades don't go all the way back down. They kind of skip the last couple of inches and actually stop about 1 inch short of where the wiper should stop. Minor problem but very annoying. Could this just be a bad wiper motor? Anybody had a similar problem or know of a TSB? Thanks!

Sounds like a bad park ring in the wiper motor,use your warranty soon.

My problem is that they lift off of the windshield at speeds over 70 mph.
