Anybody going to "Meet the Mayor of Truckville?"

Got a promo from Dodge today to come and Meet the Mayor, i. e. , the new 1/2 ton here in Scottsdale on the 22nd of Sept. I signed up for a test drive. Figured what the hell, might be interesting.



Anybody else going or gone to one of these event yet?

They called me to see if I were interested in coming to Atlanta to "meet the mayor". I said only if he were bringing some Diesel powered trucks. The response was that only the new 1500 will be there.

What's the deal with the tower of power or whatever they call that thing? I have visions of what a BOMBed Cummins could do to it.

Yes I did too,,I hope the truck is a nice piece cause I'd like to get one for my wife,,She wants a p/u diesel or gas,but,like the 4 door pictures of the new RAM,,I'll be going to the Eastland mall show on Oct 6 for my ride,,Hope they have a large loud pedal in it for me,,he he he
