Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Anybody have cummins lift pump part #?

I think my lift pump is going dead. The other day dropped from 15psi down to zero, truck acted like it ran out of fuel. Fifteen minutes of idling later, back to normal. Drove another week than today does the same thing, except this time does not come back to life. I called Cummins and they have several valid part numbers. What is the latest superceded Cummins part number for the OEM replacement pump? Thanks

Sealing Washers 3935171

on 12-26-02 the pump # was 3990105 as stated above the sealing washers was changed to 3963983.
