Just got the piller mount and the gauges (pyro / boost) and was curious if anyone in the area would be willing to help install them.



I am north of the cities about 60 minutes, but would be happy to drive down (I am in Minneapolis every day for work).

May 8th, Me and a bunch of the local guys are getting togeather at Torque Diesel Performance to do a bunch of wrenchin and modding. You should come down then and Im sure you would have no problem getting those gauges in. Its posted in the Local Regional Chapter Events. Heres the link... .

I live about 10 miles from Isanti and I would be willing to help. It should be pretty simple but you will have to get the locations to drill for the pyro probe and such.



You really should head over to Torque Diesel and meet all of the nice folks that will be there. I'm sure someone will have the wire routing and stuff figured out already. Check the thread Wally gave. If you absolutely can't make it we can set up something otherwise I'll see you there.

Thanx for the link. Josh PM'ed me a bit ago and told me about the event. I have tried to PM him, but his box is full.



I will call over there tomorrow and see if I can get the gauges installed before the 8th. I have the new VA duration box and I really want to flip it on 100% full time and see what it does. I'm just a bit scared with no pyro.



I plan on bringing my father-in-law with me on the 8th, hope to see you guys there.

Thanks for the offer to help. I planned on getting the lines ran to the manifold and the turbo and getting the gauges in the piller. I just really don't feel comfortable drilling the manifold.



I called East Central Diesel in Cambridge and they want $60 to drill and tap the stupid thing.



I will try to get everything in before the rally, and see if I can get the themocouple in before that.
