2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Anybody put 245/75R16 on a dually???

I have a 1999 3500, currently it has 235/85 but originally came with 215/85. I would like to go back to the original height but they look really skinny. Will the 245/75 fit and not rub sidewalls? I know they are a tad wide for the wheels. I may put some Eagle Wheels on at the same time so then I guess I may be able to add a spacer.
